We started our restaurant during 2021 but we have smoked our own meat since 2015 and do now offer it to you in the form of catering. We specialize in Texas BBQ in Stockholm. Do you like smoked food? If so, we are absolutely right for you. In our menu you will find many delicious barbeque dishes. That's how catering works.
The Texas Catering food can be delivered in three different ways.
Option 1 is that the precooked food will be delivered the day before or the same day you want to eat, you heat the food yourself. Everything comes with clear written intruktions from us.
Option 2 is that the food will be delivered in heat canteens about 30 minutes before the event begins.
Option 3 is that personel from us are attending the event and takes care of everything with the food during your catering event.
For purchases over 10 000 kr include a privat chef for 2 hours. Otherwise an hourly charge will be paid.

Upplev en riktig Texas pulled pork burger. Den är rökt på våran traeger smoker inför varje beställning. Maten kommer packad i våra värmeskåp och är redo att ätas inom 10 minuter. Alternativt levereras maten kall och värms upp av er själva enligt våra instruktioner.
